SUSTAINABILITY
Each Suki and Sol collection is made in small quantities, not only does this make our pieces that little bit more unique, it also ensures as little fabric waste as possible. All garments are made from high quality recycled polyester.
Our orders are all packed in recycled cardboard boxes and popped into compostable mailers. All our liners /garment bags/ swing tags and packing tape are made from FSC-certified materials.

Every garment is handmade at the atelier by our lovely team, who we work really closely with to bring Suki & Sol swimwear to life!

SHIPPING
We are a small European independent brand based in Portugal. All orders are packed & dispatched from our studio Monday through to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days from placing an order.
For orders within Europe, it should take around 3-5 working days, and anywhere else in the world 5-8 working days. Due to the current situation, there might be delays, however, this is out of our hands and we hope that you understand.
We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that if your shipping address is non-EU it could incur customs charges.

RETURNS
If you wish to return your item it must be returned to us in the condition you received it in. Unworn/ unused, swing tags and hygiene liner attached. You will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use tracking on your order if making a return or exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges if an item is defective or damaged "Please send us photos" . Returned back to us with 14 days of receiving your garment. If you need to exchange please email us contact@sukiandsol.com at for my address to ship your item back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We will ship your exchange back to you free of charge.
